Shamanic Craniosacral Therapy and Sexuality is particularly suitable if you feel a lack of sexual identity in your everyday life and wish to find deeper grounding and connection to yourself and the environment around you. There is an age limit to this work. Ideally you will be 35 years old or over, however there are always exceptions but you must be at least 28.
What is Shamanic Craniosacral Therapy and Sexuality?
Shamanic Craniosacral Therapy and Sexuality is a deep and powerful healing practice. It embodies many of the principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy whilst taking a shamanic approach to the craniosacral system. It therefore has its roots in the spirit world. It includes a conscious orientation to the soul and its relationship with the cellular body and the subtle energy bodies of the auric system. Shamanic Craniosacral Therapy and Sexuality starts from the premise that all matter is energy. Once our soul/spirit has incarnated into flesh it manifests the subtle energy body system. The physical cellular body has many layers of condensed energy i.e. bones and muscles. The aura, which is the subtle energy or biosphere that surrounds the physical body, also has layers. The seven layers of the aura are known as the subtle energy bodies and each individual subtle body has its own distinct nature and function.
In this modality our focus is on the embodiment and integration of the Sacred Sexual Energies which reside in the spirit world but which also have a place within us. The emotional subtle body is often prominent in the integration of these energies. When we are connected to the Sacred Sexual Energies and embody our own sexuality we often feel a stronger alignment with our true self and our creative energy which enables us to deepen our grounding and connection to the earth and surrounding environment.
How does Shamanic Craniosacral Therapy and Sexuality Work?

Shamanic Craniosacral Therapy is blended with traditional shamanic healing (e.g. retrieval of the sacred sexual energies). It supports the conscious alignment and integration of the retrieved energieswithin the whole of the energy system and seeks to supports the nervous system and the psyche to reorganise around a present and stable centre.

After the initial consultation this work typically, but not always, consists of:
a) a shamanic healing session
b) a minimum of three shamanic craniosacral therapy sessions that interface with the subtle bodies and the biodynamic forces
c) two follow up shamanic journeys for clarification and grounding.
These sessions take place over a three month period.
‘Sexuality is a beautiful gentle balance of harmony, a dance in the circle of life.’
